What insurances does Whitewater Immunology accept?

At Whitewater Immunology, we strive to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone. We accept a wide range of insurance plans to ensure that you receive the medical care you need. We work with major insurance providers in the state of Montana, including Medicaid and Medicare.  The only major insurance provider who is not part of her network is United Healthcare as they require a group NPI, and Dr Cady is a solo practitioner.  She is an out of network provider for Tricare and Tricare West.  A list of covered insurances will be added to this page when her credentialing is complete.

How can I access my medical records?

Your medical records are an essential part of your healthcare journey. At Whitewater Immunology, we provide easy access to your medical records.   She will be using a new electronic medical records system, Athena, which has a patient portal.  Once you have an appointment at her new practice, you will have the opportunity to sign up for Athena’s patient portal.  For patients who have seen her at Community Medical Center, your records will remain available to you through their patient portal (https://www.communitymed.org/patient-portal).

How can I request a prescription refill?

If you have seen Dr Cady in the last year, she is able to provide prescription refills for you.  Please ask your pharmacist to send a request to her new fax number: 406-541-7051.  If you have not seen her in the last year, please contact your primary care provider for refills.

When she is out of town and out of cell service coverage, a message on the main clinic number, 406-541-7050, will reflect this. If you need the refill urgently, please reach out to your primary care provider for assistance. She is a solo practitioner who does not have allergy/immunology coverage when she is out of cell service. This is the main reason all patients she cares for must also have a primary care provider.
